In 2021, Soft Services launched as a service provider for bodies seeking results for non-threatening yet underreported—often taboo—skin concerns. We offered customers something they’d long been chasing through Reddit threads, questionable Amazon listings, and word-of-mouth recommendations from friends of friends:

And we recognized early on that solutions can take many forms.
As firsthand recipients of what the body skincare market was offering at the time, we knew that products alone weren’t the full picture. Accessible, expert-vetted information was a vital missing piece in creating a true 360° approach to recurring skin concerns. After all, how can a concern really be under control without understanding the intricacies of why it happens in the first place?
